General overview
The Wepall application is, in short, a project editor, with a couple of exceptions that will be explained later.
The editing process is always linear, meaning each step is a consequence of the previous one and, in turn, affects the next.
#
Projects view
This is the first view you will see when accessing the application as a user. You can create and browse your different projects, including searching by name.
You can also access the user menu to view your data and change your access password. Note that this step is only visible when accessing via user login.
#
Recipes view
Each project contains a set of recipes that the user can manage. Each recipe represents a complete palletizing sequence, which can be translated into robot code (as long as the license is active).
In this view, you can navigate through the different recipes in your project and generate the final code for your robot.
#
Presets view
Recipes use presets, which are definitions of the components within the cell, required to perform the necessary calculations when generating the final robot code. This includes definitions of the robot, product, pallet, etc.
#
Pattern editor
This is where the action begins: pattern design, with pick and pack editors, layers, and preview.
#
3D simulation
In this view, you can see an animated 3D simulation of your pallet, including product placement approaches, and perform stability tests on the finished pallet.
