Reset password
If you have a registered user but forgot your password, you can use this method to set a new one, as long as you have a valid and accessible email account where you can receive a link to follow the indicated steps.
Once you enter your email address, you will receive an email from Wepall in your inbox containing a reset link. This ensures that only the owner of that email account can proceed with resetting the application access password.
If it does not arrive
Check your email over the next few minutes. The process should be almost instantaneous, but server traffic may slightly delay the delivery of the email. If after a few minutes you do not receive anything, please contact our customer support service.
Act quickly
Once you receive the email, you will have 5 minutes to proceed with the password change. Otherwise, the link will expire and you will need to repeat the process.
When you access the provided link, the following page should open in your browser:
After clicking the "Submit" button, you should receive a password change confirmation email, and the page will give you the option to be redirected back to the application.
