License
Wepall uses a licensing system to allow the creation and full management of projects from the application.
A license requires the prior creation of a user.
It is possible to access the application without having a license, but its functionality will be limited.
This allows users to become familiar with the application and resolve any questions before negotiating the acquisition of a license.
#
License types
There are currently two types: standard and premium.
#
Standard license
This is the license that any user (for example, an end customer) would negotiate if they want a project for their palletizing cell, being able to generate as many recipes as they wish. The project will be editable, but payment of this license will be required to unlock code generation and the full functionality of the software. Payment is handled by contacting our sales department.
Important
- Once a robot model has been selected and code has been generated, that robot will be permanently associated with the project/license and cannot be replaced by a different one.
- Each project must support a single robot (see the section on the projects view).
- If abuse or misuse of the system is detected, Wepall reserves the right to revoke the license.
#
Premium license
Typically aimed at an integrator, it has the same characteristics as the standard license, but in this case each project the user wishes to create will be automatically unlocked at the moment code is generated with the selected robot. This allows the creation of unlimited, fully functional projects from the outset.
Important
- Once a robot model has been selected and code has been generated, that robot will be permanently associated with the project and cannot be replaced by a different one.

Project migration / transfer to third parties
- The transfer of projects is strictly prohibited unless there is an agreement negotiated with our sales department for this purpose.
- To migrate a premium project, the recipient must purchase a standard license, following the logic previously described. After this, the premium user will lose authorship and therefore access to that project.
